This is a 20mg strength capsule, this means that it contains 20mg RSO oil extracted from weed and is mixed with coconut oil.
The capsule is Vegan
STRAIN CHOICE
I only have Wedding cake at the moment which is a Hybrid strain, more are in the pipeline.
TIMING
These are best taken on an empty stomach to get the strongest effects. if they are taken at the same time as food or within 4ish hours of eating then the effects can be very subtle which might suit some people. If you are new to edibles it would be prudent for you to do some research regarding consuming them so you know what makes them work and what doesn't. There are plenty of websites and forums that will help you get informed.
DOSAGE
Dosage is tricky. It is very dependent on the persons tolerance and stomach content, so this info is as a general guideline and you will have to experiment to find what works for you. Some daily smokers say that 60mg is enough. 20-40mg is a mild high 40-80mg will give a medium to strong high(daily users) 80mg + can be quite strong and for higher and ideal for high tolerance users. One way to consider what strength will be good for you is to think how much weed you would put in a spliff to get you high and start wit the equivalent number of capsules.
